Refund and Cancellation Policy – Palm Beach Posh Limo
At Palm Beach Posh Limo, we pride ourselves on providing exclusive luxury transportation services. Due to the high demand for our meticulously maintained fleet and the precision required for scheduling, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to ensure fair business practices and maintain service quality. By booking a service with Palm Beach Posh Limo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy & Fees
All cancellations must be made directly with Palm Beach Posh Limo via phone at (646) 339-4607 or email at bookings@palmbeachposhlimo.com. The applicable cancellation fee is based on the service type and the notice period given prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Standard Services (Sedans, SUVs, Standard Limousines – excludes Party Buses & Custom Events):
- Cancellations made **48 hours or more** prior to pick-up: **25% cancellation fee** (75% refund).
- Cancellations made **less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours** prior to pick-up: **50% cancellation fee** (50% refund).
- Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** prior to pick-up: **100% of the total fare** will be charged (No refund).
- “No-shows” (client not present at pick-up location within grace period): **100% of the total fare** will be charged (No refund).
- Party Bus & Special Event Services (Weddings, Proms, Concerts, Sporting Events, Multi-Vehicle Bookings):
- Cancellations made **7 days or more** prior to pick-up: **50% cancellation fee** (50% refund).
- Cancellations made **less than 7 days but more than 72 hours** prior to pick-up: **75% cancellation fee** (25% refund).
- Cancellations made **less than 72 hours** prior to pick-up: **100% of the total fare** will be charged (No refund).
- A non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total fare, is required at the time of booking for all Party Bus and Special Event services. This deposit is **non-refundable** under any circumstances.
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within **10-15 business days** following the approval of the cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Palm Beach Posh Limo reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees, bank charges, or credit card transaction fees from the refunded amount.
3. Booking Modifications
- All requests for changes to existing bookings must be submitted in writing or by phone.
- Changes are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Palm Beach Posh Limo cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate changes.
- Significant changes (e.g., date, time, vehicle type, route) made within the respective cancellation windows (48 hours for standard, 7 days for special events) may be considered a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, incurring full cancellation fees as per Section 1.
- Minor adjustments are at the sole discretion of Palm Beach Posh Limo and may incur an administrative fee.
4. Waiting Time Policy & Charges
- **Airport Transfers (PBI, FLL, MIA):** A complimentary waiting time of **15 minutes** for domestic flights and **30 minutes** for international flights after the actual flight arrival time is provided.
- **All Other Pick-ups:** A complimentary waiting time of **10 minutes** is provided.
- Beyond the complimentary period, waiting time will be charged at **$2.00 per minute** for sedans/SUVs and **$3.00 per minute** for limousines/party buses, billed in 15-minute increments.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information for airport pickups. Palm Beach Posh Limo tracks flights but is not liable for incorrect information provided by the client.
5. No-Show Policy
If the client or passengers are not present at the designated pick-up location within the complimentary waiting time (as per Section 4) and cannot be reached, the service will be considered a “no-show.” A “no-show” will result in a charge of **100% of the total fare** (no refund).
6. Vehicle Damage, Cleaning & Behavior
- Customers are fully responsible for any and all damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by themselves or their guests. Repair costs will be charged directly to the client’s credit card on file.
- An additional cleaning fee (minimum $250) will be charged for excessive mess (e.g., spills, sickness, trash requiring extensive cleaning) that requires professional detailing beyond normal use.
- Illegal activities, drug use, or unruly behavior are strictly prohibited. Palm Beach Posh Limo reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund if such activities occur.
7. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
Palm Beach Posh Limo is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations of service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, acts of God, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, mechanical breakdown, or terrorism. In such unforeseen events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution, but no refunds or compensation will be provided for services affected by these circumstances.
8. Pricing & Quotes
All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment. Additional charges may apply for tolls, extra stops, special requests, and holiday surcharges.
9. Disputes
Any disputes regarding charges or service must be submitted in writing to Palm Beach Posh Limo within 7 days of the service date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be honored.
