By booking any service with Palm Beach Posh Limo, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. These policies collectively form the complete agreement between you and Palm Beach Posh Limo regarding the provision of services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Palm Beach Posh Limo.
Bookings require accurate and complete information, including passenger names, contact details, pick-up/drop-off addresses, dates, times, and any special requests. Inaccurate information may result in service delays or cancellation without refund.
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. For certain services (e.g., Party Buses, Weddings, special events), a non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Palm Beach Posh Limo reserves the right to refuse any booking at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit or full payment.
The quoted price includes the basic service as agreed. Additional charges may apply for tolls, extra stops, waiting time, parking fees, special requests, holiday surcharges, and any applicable taxes.
Full payment for services is typically due at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, or as otherwise agreed in writing. For special events and party buses, full payment may be required further in advance.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Any outstanding balance, including additional charges incurred during the service, will be charged to the credit card on file immediately upon service completion.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications

Please refer to our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding cancellation terms, fees, eligibility for refunds, and booking modification procedures. This policy is strictly enforced to manage our operational commitments.

5. Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities

Safety First: Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the chauffeur and all applicable laws. Seat belts must be worn at all times where provided.
Prohibited Items/Activities: Illegal activities, drug use, underage drinking, smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) in vehicles, disruptive behavior, and consumption of illicit substances are strictly prohibited.
Damage to Vehicle: The client is fully responsible for any and all damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests, including spills, tears, or breakages. Repair and cleaning costs will be charged to the client’s credit card on file, with a minimum cleaning fee of $250 for excessive mess.
Capacity Limits: Vehicles may not exceed their stated seating capacity as per legal regulations.
Personal Belongings: Palm Beach Posh Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure you retrieve all your items upon exiting the vehicle.
Termination of Service: Palm Beach Posh Limo reserves the right to terminate service immediately, without refund, if passengers engage in illegal activities, abusive behavior, or endanger themselves, the chauffeur, or the vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Palm Beach Posh Limo is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, mechanical breakdown, acts of God, or terrorism. In such events, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
While we strive for punctuality, Palm Beach Posh Limo does not guarantee exact arrival or departure times. We are not liable for any losses (e.g., missed flights, appointments, events) incurred by the client due to delays.
Our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Chauffeur Discretion

Our chauffeurs maintain full discretion over the operation of the vehicle and the safety of all passengers. Any instruction from the chauffeur regarding safety or conduct must be followed immediately.

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
